About 620 Art

620 Art Gallery & Studio provides a gathering space for the community centered around art, expression and creativity for all ages. The space includes a gallery featuring fine art by local and regional artists. New artwork is hung regularly, with a public reception at the start of each new show. We welcome gallery visitors on Tuesday and Thursday from 5-7p.m., Saturday 10a.m.-2p.m. and Sunday 10a.m.-1p.m. 

We offer art education for all ages in a relaxed, comfortable and well organized setting. The instructors at 620 Art are experienced teachers, as well as professional artists. Our classes are tailored to meet each student’s skill level and personal art goals. Whether you are a beginner or advanced artist, we will help you to take your artwork to the next level. 

 

About Amie Gonser - Owner

Amie Gonser is a local Round Rock artist and art teacher at Deep Wood Elementary. Amie is Texas educator certified for grades k-12. She holds a master’s degree in fine arts from Florida State University. Amie has over twenty years of experience teaching art in many capacities including: college art courses, private lessons, workshops, camps, group lessons and elementary public art education.

Opening an art center for the local community, which allows people to experience art through a gallery and art classes, has been Amie’s dream and vision for as long as she can remember. 

She is excited to bring art to the Round Rock community.
